Privacy Policy
Applies to the mobile game Jelly Gates Color Slide Puzzle (the "App"), published by ITechX Solutions L.L.C-FZ ("we", "us").
Effective date: 15 August 2026
This policy explains what information the App collects, why, and the choices you have. We do not require you to create an account, and we do not ask for your name, email, or contact details to play.
1. Information collected
- Device & identifiers — Device model, OS version, advertising identifier (IDFA, only with your permission via App Tracking Transparency). Purpose: Show ads, measure advertising performance, prevent fraud.
- Usage & gameplay — Levels played, scores, in-app events, session length, crash logs. Purpose: Improve gameplay, diagnose crashes, analytics.
- Advertising data — Ad interactions and coarse data used by ad networks. Purpose: Serve and measure ads.
- Purchase data — Record of in-app purchases. Purchases are processed by Apple; we receive a transaction confirmation only. Purpose: Deliver and restore purchases, remove ads.
Game progress and coins are stored locally on your device. We never receive or store payment card details — all purchases are handled by Apple.
2. App Tracking Transparency
On first play, iOS asks whether you allow tracking. If you decline, the App and our advertising partners serve only non-personalized ads and do not access your advertising identifier for cross-app tracking. You can change this at any time in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
3. Regional choices
- European Economic Area and the United Kingdom — We do not use your advertising identifier for personalized advertising in these regions. Only non-personalized ads are served.
- United States — You can turn on "Do not sell my personal information" inside the App under Settings → Privacy. When it is on, we stop sharing your advertising identifier with our advertising partners. Ads keep working, they are simply no longer tailored to you.

We do not use a third-party purchase processor: in-app purchases are handled natively through Apple's StoreKit.
5. Children
The App is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
6. Your rights
Depending on your location (for example, the EEA and UK under GDPR, or California under CCPA/CPRA), you may have the right to access, correct or delete your data, and to opt out of personalized advertising. The in-app controls described in sections 2 and 3 are the fastest way to exercise the advertising choices. For anything else, contact us at the address below. We do not sell personal information for money.
7. Data retention
Analytics and advertising data are retained according to our providers' standard retention periods. Locally stored progress remains until you delete the App or clear its data.

We may update this policy; the "Effective date" above reflects the latest version.
