Terms of Use

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to download and use the App on Apple devices you own or control, for your personal, non-commercial entertainment, in accordance with the Apple Media Services Terms and these Terms. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse-engineer, or attempt to extract the source code of the App, except where permitted by law.

The App offers optional in-app purchases, including consumable virtual coins and one-time unlocks. All purchases are processed by Apple under your Apple ID; we do not receive or store your payment details. Virtual coins and items have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for real money or transferred outside the App, and are licensed, not sold, to you. Purchases are final and non-refundable except where required by applicable law or Apple's policies. Refund requests are handled by Apple.

The App may display advertising, including banner, interstitial and rewarded video ads provided by third-party ad networks. Some features may offer optional rewarded ads in exchange for in-game rewards. See our Privacy Policy for how advertising data is handled.

You agree not to use the App for any unlawful purpose, not to cheat, exploit bugs, use unauthorised third-party software, or interfere with the App's normal operation or other users' experience.

The App and all its content — including code, graphics, audio, characters and design — are owned by ITechX Solutions L.L.C-FZ or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms grant you no ownership rights.

The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ITechX Solutions L.L.C-FZ will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or loss of data or progress, arising from your use of the App.

These Terms are between you and ITechX Solutions L.L.C-FZ only, not with Apple. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content and has no obligation to provide maintenance or support. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you. Your use of the App must also comply with the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.

We may update these Terms from time to time; the "Effective date" above reflects the latest version. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of Dubai shall have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence.
