Privacy Policy
Applies to the mobile game Jelly Fizz: Soda Sort Puzzle (the "App") for iPhone, published by ITechX Solutions L.L.C-FZ ("we", "us"). The App is free to play, supported by advertising and optional in-app purchases.
Effective date: 29 July 2026
This policy sets out what the App collects, what it is used for, and what you can decide. Playing requires no account: we never ask for your name, email address or any other contact detail.
1. Information collected
- Device ID: An identifier that the ad and analytics SDKs read on your device. It is used for non-personalised advertising only, never to follow you into other companies' apps. Purpose: Serve non-personalised ads, limit repeat ads, prevent fraud.
- Advertising Data: Counts of ad impressions and taps reported back by the ad network. Purpose: Deliver and measure non-personalised ads.
- Product Interaction: Which levels you reach, how long a session lasts and which in-game events fire. Purpose: Tune level difficulty and improve the game.
- Crash Data: Crash reports and diagnostic stack traces generated when the App stops unexpectedly. Purpose: Find and fix stability problems.
- Performance Data: Technical measurements such as loading times and frame-rate samples. Purpose: Keep the App smooth across older and newer iPhones.
- Purchase History: Confirmation that an in-app purchase completed. Apple handles the transaction itself. Purpose: Deliver and restore purchases, remove ads.
None of these categories is used to track you: none of it is linked to data held by other companies for advertising or measurement. Your progress, coins and settings live on the device itself. Card details never reach us, because Apple processes every payment.
2. Tracking
The App does not track you across apps and websites owned by other companies. There is no App Tracking Transparency prompt, because the App has nothing to ask for: device and advertising identifiers are used solely for non-personalised advertising and analytics, never for cross-app tracking. If you play in the EEA or the UK, your advertising consent is collected through the Google UMP consent form, and you can reopen that form from the App's settings whenever you want to change your answer.
3. Third-party services
These providers process data on our behalf, each under its own privacy policy:
- Apple (App Store distribution, StoreKit in-app purchases) https://www.apple.com/legal/privacy/
- Google AdMob (Non-personalised advertising) https://policies.google.com/privacy
- Google Firebase (Analytics & crash reporting) https://firebase.google.com/support/privacy
4. Children
The App is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
5. Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example the EEA and UK under GDPR, or California under CCPA/CPRA), you may ask us to give you access to your data, correct it or delete it, and you may withdraw the consent you gave for non-personalised advertising at any time. Write to the address below to exercise any of these rights. We do not sell personal information for money.
6. Data retention
Analytics and advertising data are retained according to our providers' standard retention periods. Locally stored progress remains until you delete the App or clear its data.
7. Changes
We may update this policy; the "Effective date" above reflects the latest version.
