Privacy Policy

We collect no data. None. The App has no accounts, no tracking, and no servers of ours behind it.

The App does not require, offer or support registration. We never ask for your name, email address, phone number or any other identifier.

We do not collect, store, sell, rent or share any personal data, usage data, device identifiers, advertising identifiers, location data or analytics. We operate no servers for the App and no third-party analytics or advertising SDKs are embedded in it. This is why the App's privacy label on the App Store reads "Data Not Collected".

To show you news, the App downloads publicly available RSS feeds and their images directly from publishers such as BBC News, The Guardian, NPR, TechCrunch, The Verge, CNBC, ESPN and others. Those requests travel from your device straight to the publishers' servers. We are not in the middle of them and we do not see, log or record them. Such requests are subject to the privacy practices of the publishers concerned.

Saved articles, the local news cache and your preferences (appearance, text size, notification settings) are stored only on your device. They are never transmitted anywhere. Deleting the App removes all of it permanently.

If you enable breaking news alerts, they are generated locally on your device after the App checks feeds in the background. No push notification server is involved and we hold no device tokens.

Tapping "Read Full Article" opens the publisher's own website inside the App using Apple's standard secure web view. Once there, the publisher's privacy policy and cookie practices apply. We have no control over, and take no responsibility for, third-party websites.

Headlines, summaries and images shown in the App are supplied by publishers through their public RSS feeds and remain the property of their respective owners. The App displays them with attribution and links to the original source. We do not reproduce full article texts.

The App is not directed at children under 13 and we knowingly collect no information from anyone, of any age.

Because we hold no personal data about you, there is nothing for us to access, correct, export or erase on request. Any data the App creates lives solely on your device and is under your control.

If this policy changes, the updated version will be published at this address with a new effective date. Material changes will also be noted in the App's release notes.
